David I'm trying myself. I have emailed and called. I have tried to get my gift card finally got one. I haven't gotten any referrals but They keep taking money out of my acct for membership. I was suppose to get one month free and they still charged me. If I find out I eill let you know.

Thank God, i never made it that far. You might try calling the BBB in the state the company is registered in and file a complaint. Good Luck!

If you didn't authorize use of your name and/or picture, you would need an attorney or, you'd have to contact the site host directly.

Eeek IDK. I never put my pic up on it but I haven't looked. My name is probably still in it as well.
