Don't ever respond via instant message, because it is not them.
I go to their site, and only enter giveaways they sponsor. Not ads that are from other companies.
I enter daily. And the shoes entry can be done every hour. If you win, they will send you an email, from email you provided. They will tell you what you have won, and ask for you to send them your address so they can send it. They also have a winners list. If you check winners, I Cherry am one of the winners of a Olay pro fave buffer cleaner. I gave them my current address and phone number. They sent my prize. They never asked for money. Again, they will never contact you by instant message.

I agree with Cherry. Just because someone uses this site's name to spam doesn't mean the site itself is a problem.

Because they have different people calling you saying you won millions, gifts, cars, laptops, etc. Etc. They also asked you to send x amount of money to someone in another state by money gram. Never seen money, go to website and always read the comments or Google the site or go on sitejabber. Trust us it's a big to "Scam.".

I was messaged on facebook and was told I was a winner. They wanted payment up front but when I asked, Why do I need to pay if I won? The person blocked me on Facebook.
