My first few orders from wish were great, I had only one issue in the beginning with a skirt I ordered for my daughter. After waiting almost 3 months I contacted Wish and they were SO helpful (THAT TIME) they refunded back the money and said if the skirt ever comes we could keep it. Well it did come about 5 months later. I still ordered from wish and didn't have really any major issues, maybe things NOT looking like the pictures but I get it, China has smaller sizes. Well last August I ordered A TON of stuff off Wish for my youngest sons birthday, it was by far the biggest order and the most I'd spent at one time with them, WELLLLLLLLL, 4 items have never made it, it's now Jan 2016, I contacted wish and 2 of the items were still over seas so they could not be tracked and 2 could be tracked but still never made it here, I even contacted my post office. Wish told me there was nothing they could do about it and I was told do not call again. So of coarse I e ailed the company HOPING to get some results, I was THEN asked for a copy of my credit card and a copy of my photo ID, I'm DONE! Anyone who reads these reviews and still orders from them have to learn the hard way. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I hope someday this company is shut down.

I dont know why they have bad ratings. In my opinion the products are great for the price and i have never had better customer service anywhere. I read reviews on everything to help with sizing, quality, whatever i can find out from others who have purchased the same item. I also realise sometimes shipping can take forever, but usually less than 2 1/2 weeks. I have bought clothes, shoes, fishing tackle, crafts, jewelery, even a diamond tester and i have not yet been unhappy with anything. Maybe you can try buying something that costs a dollar or two (there are tons of items for $1 plus $1 s&h) and go from there. You never know, you could become a WISH junkie like me!

Because the stuff I ordered that was electronic for Christmas didn't work and because I ordered in October they would not give refund because beyond 30 days. So not ordering from this site ever
