My card was charged for an item I wanted to buy. But it then showed no transaction record and I got no confirmation email, the money was just taken off of my card. How do I fix this?

I ordered $11 worth of items. I get a call from my bank saying they are trying to take $500 out of my account! I had to shut down my debit card and be issued a new one
