Connie, you cannot be assured that you will receive your item in time for Christmas, or at all for that matter, but as long as I have been studying the logistics of this crappy company they at least generally have a 4-6 week turnaround time in approx. 80% of their transactions. They still suck, so there are NO guarantees. Beware.

There is no guarantee. It usually takes about 3-6 weeks. Often they will write me asking if I have received it, haven't and want to wait, or want a refund. It means they have lost track of it. I either acknowledge receipt or tell them I want my money back. Always get the item eventually. Haven't paid for about 1/4 of items.

U wont get it until valentines day if yur lucky they steal yur money then don't deliver DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Wish scams people, most of the time when you order something it doesn't come. So i will stick with something else if i were you.
