I have had nothing but problems with Wish.com. They have no customer service and you can't understand any answers if lucky to get one. By law if they send you a defective or counterfeit item they have to refund your money and can not make it your responsibility to pay shipping back to them for their mistake. They have an office in SanFrancisco CA. And you can file a complaint with the Alameda County District Attorneys Office Fraud unit then contact your bank or credit card company and tell them what had taken place they will credit your account and contact wish. Wish is banking on you will get frustrated and just give up because they think they can make you spend money to return defective product and it will cost too much to do, not legal. Just follow through with the D. A. and your bank

You might or might not get the item you ordered but whatever it is will be very cheap, defective or fake. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Plus if you want to send it back for a refund, good luck. Plus you will have to pay the shipping charges to get it back to them.

I've only bought one bracelet before (not to fond of bracelets) on wish and paid $1 for it and $1 for shipping. I love it and have had it almost a year and it looks the same as it did when I first got it. I've also ordered a watch but still waiting for it to arrive so I will let you know how it is when I get it.

Some are fake but I did buy authentic items from this site before. You just have to be careful read as many reviews as you can and check the user uploaded photos.

I know others have had problems with the site but I have had none. Trick is to READ THE REVIEWS! Some of the stuff is junl, or the sizing is off, and people comment. Don't expect top quality as you aren't paying for it, but you can get some great deals. I have happily received nice watches, earrings and purses and if the delivery is late, they notify me asking if I have received it, haven't and want to wait, or want a refund. I have ordered at least 25 items and the couple of times I have decided it is talking too large long, I have requested a refund and then later received the item which they made clear I could keep if it arrived on them. Been ordering for several years and it is critical to read what people who have received items have written, because some stuff is junk.
