I have a question regarding my order, is there a phone number to speak to a representative?

When I written them telling them I want to speak to their corporate, or a phone number to their corporate office, or to have the supervisor call me or, for a phone number for their supervisor they say that their phone system is down and that there's no way to contact them besides email which I think is BS.

No. You must go through email or read their faq's.
