Am rather concerned about my order as have been reading reviews about your company and none of them good. What are your returns policy if not satisfied with wig once it arrives?

Yo, i can't even get a refund for a wig that was NEVER DELIVERED, forget it even arriving. Horrible UK company exploiting cheap chinese labour. Avoid like the plague. Deserve to be shut down!

Im. Sure it won't get lost in the mail. They are a total rip off. If you had ordered through PayPal they would have worked with you in getting your money back

FYI - they do not allow you to return any items, they say that they are worried it will get lost in the post! I'm having a nightmare with them!
