Good luck. Even when you get to talk to someone they'll lie to you and tell you everything is taken care of and will continue to bombard you with late charges. I've spent 8 months and $188.00 on a $60.00 item they sent me that I didn't order and they still ruined my credit rating

If you have a complaint theyll waste your time by sending you to different departments, 2hrs trying to find out why they charged me interest, when I applied to their interest free financing, even gave me the wrong name of the bank they use.

No they are all junkies working for Wayfair and ripping people off. They are not closed.
