hello, I was looking at all of the comments about wayfair and I was thinking about ordering from the site because they look cheaper than any other place. but I'm confused as if they are good or bad.

From what their representative told me, errors in pricing in their listings or amounts of items per order is not their responsibility. Be cautious. They do not stand behind their mistakes. Very wrong.

You have 2 be careful ordering mattresses online I suggest you go in a store where you can see it touch it and speak with a sales person

No don't. They screwed me and look at all the negative comments.
I've looked at the positive and they all look fake.
Customers are pissed off with Wayfair.
Their service sucks.
Try to find an independent smaller company with better service, check reviews.
Check eBay as well, I've had loads of great purchases from eBay just check the reviews, go with anyone over 98% positive feedback
