You can win auditions and get paying jobs but it seems that their fundamental way of doing business and who gets the best auditions is suspect. There seems to be some lack in full transparency.

Hi Ben, Voice123 is a marketplace that connects clients and voice actors around the world. Most of the voice actors start with our standard membership, which will always be free. After signing up, you will have a profile page and a URL; this way, you can upload and showcase samples of your work experience. The difference between a standard and paying members, a standard member, will receive job invitations after paying members have been invited, and if the project still requires more proposals. Voice123 is totally legitimate, but you have to be a serious Voice Actor who has a professional setup in order to win jobs. In my first year of Voiceover, I have won multiple jobs and also been lucky enough to win some off platform work as well. VO is a TOUGH industry, but V123 gives you a doorway into establishing a career.

It's a scam. Not a legit casting website for voiceover auditions.

I believe they are. They just have a weird algorithm for access to submitting auditions.

Scam. Non qualified, non experienced talent pay $350 a year just to join.
