Hi there, I have two numbers for VirVentures and can't get through: 281-940-3802 requires putting in an extension. Might you have one? (The other number, 855-445-9566, is busy. So an extension for the first or a different # altogether would be great. Thanks!

Giving one star is MORE than gratuitous only because I couldn't leave it at NO stars. Ordered via Sears marketplace. Never got products. STILL trying to get refund. All we ever got was the EXACT copy and paste robo email answers to every email, everyday for 2 weeks. They always responded with we have to check with the manufactuer, please be patient. NEVER expect to get anything from them.

And it says mailbox full, no other number I'm trying to settle my claim through Amazon
