Answer:
You can talk to customer service, but they don't keep their promises. Just stick to their visa service. Their speedy service, maybe not worth it. Their car service, no. They do not listen to your special requests, even though they say "yes, we will do that." They lied. They insist on having a car when your plane hits the tarmac. That's ridiculous. You are charged for making the driver wait too long. That' s probably why. The service is about 3x the price of a taxi.
