It is normal practice for them to have a local collection point but if you haven't been given the information yet you should contact their customer services (via the website email or telephone numbers) and ask them for details.

Same here. Received an email with instructions on where to pick them up (hotel) and between what times. It was a very smooth process!

I picked my tickets up on the day of the event. They sent me an email a couple days before the event. They set-up an office in a hotel close to the event. It was well organized.
