To those who haven't done so, I'd suggest you write a review. That way, the average rating is a more accurate measure of how poorly these guys have done in serving their customers. I wait for them to ship my product. It has been nearly 3 weeks since they received my product. I have already paid to them by Paypal for 2 weeks. I will keep updating on sitejabber whether they will ship my product or not.

Hey Tazbo - based on your earlier comments I realise you are not one of their "paid" reviewers. I'm just so envious of anyone who has managed to get a shipment out of this company, I'd gladly overpay if it means my goods would get sent to me.
I will try your approach of involving "third parties" and see if I get any response.

In the interests of disclosure, my Fedex tracking numbers are 796428596683 and 796428596753. My items were shipped after I stated an intention to involve "third parties" if it did not happen without further delay.
My main beef with Viaddress now is that they overcharged -- something they're famous for. I am still working on correcting that one.

My packages were shipped last week from Viaddress and I received them today... so everything turned out fine for me.
I was a little worried when I didn't see my packages moving for a couple of days but from my email conversation with Viaddress Support, it seems that they have delays during the Thanksgiving Holidays and the Christmas Holiday season... so there's no need to worry.

I have been shipping with viaddress for over 6 months now and I can confirm that they're legit.

I haven't used it yet, I cant tell you.

I want to use viaddress but i have heard they are a scam and that once my orders arrives at their end i will never see it? Is this true ha s anyone used them?
