Yeah, you got to talk to a person there. Its even better than online. The orders go in before the online ones too. One time i ordered a skirt online and when it didnt show up, i called and thats what they told me. But othere than that i always got my orders and/or my money back.

I had a few items on back order, but once the items became available they shipped them to me.

I have never had that problem. Did you call?

Try calling customer service... they're very nice and helpful:-)
