Answer:
Norton used to be a reputable company with my many years of using their product every year. Now, it seems since they brought LifeLock onboard, nothing works right and if you use lifelock for visiting your online banking it breaks the site and the banks think I'm trying to do something wrong. They will also tell you that your information is out there on the dark web when I have a public website with contact info. No big deal since It is only contact info. It's been a nightmare with still no real response to my issues with VPN not opening and who knows what else. Sadly I believe they are now a scam company. I still want my money back after 30 days of complaints. BEWARE!

Answer:
I chose Norton360 Deluxe with Lifelock because I've been with them for many years because their product was good. Now, It's not the same caring company that got things right on any issue. They ignore you and then ignore you again. They also continue to send buy this buy that e-mail but nothing concerning your problem. They used to be able to figure out problems by updating your virus definitions and fixes periodically. Not anymore. BEWARE!

Answer:
You can contact them any way you want but good luck with inept chat people, support techs, and their supposed 'fix' pages. They will send you e-mails that have little to do with your support requests. Never respond to your problem with their software. Even their remote techs can't fix anything. BEWARE!
