I ordered uggs on line for this company who seemed very reputable. I order the boots and I checked out everything on the site to be sure if there was a problem I would able to get through to them. I used my debit card and once it went through it said my time on the site had expired so I wasn't sure if it really had gone through or not. I checked my bankng on line right away but nothing so I waited about an hour. There is was the total for 3 pairs of Ugg Boots but the strange thing was it was being deducted from a website called kicksneaker.com. I went on line to try to find what I could about both companies but I really couldnt' find too much or many complaints about them. I had been checking this site for about 4 months and others and felt this was the best one. Not sure if it's real, I hope so. I am very worried and the bank can not cancel the transaction because it's already gone through. These boots are Christmas presents and I dont't want to run out and buy more as what if these boots end up coming in then what I am stuck with 3 pairs of boots not to mention I don't really have the money to go and buy more. I tried getting into contact with them a few times but I have heard nothing back for the past few days. I am extremely worried at this point and just want to cancel the entire order but it doesn't even show up on the site. I am so made at myself for falling victim to something so stupid. I am usually so careful and really did study all of the sites. Shame on me!

I can tell you I ordered a pair of boots from them 4 days ago and they have not confirmed shipping and they won't reply to my 3 emails. I am giving them until tomorrow to reply and then I am going to contact my credit card company to stop the payment or dispute charges... which ever it takes. So right now I'd say don't order from them. No communication and obviously very slow shipping... not delivery in 4 to 6 days as they claim.
