I have the same question, have been e mailing Lucy Brown for the lasy month asking for the so called UGG factory address to return the boots, again not what we order and of extremely poor quality, material different of each boot, badly made unable to even get your foot passed the ankle area ect... She keep abnging on about do I understand their returns policy? YES claerly you will NOT provide an address to return the counterfeit boots so you will not be getting your money back? If anybody has the address please post it...

Has anyone managed to get their money back? I received the boots. Not what I asked for. Awful quality. Torn on the inside. Now I want to return them back. No return address on the website. No response when asked for address via e-mail.

I had the same experience. Advertised as made in Australia but actually made in China - reAL RIPOFF. CREDIT CARD COMPANY MAY HELP.

I agree with Chris O, i have been unfortunte enough to buy some Ugg boot's from www.uggsaustralia-uk.com and afterpayment was told there was a shipping delay on their side due to annual holidays? Then the tracking number put me through to a chinese website...===FAKE BOOTS! I was lucky enough to get a refund after a week of non stop houding emails to them lol. But if the website in not uggaustralia.com and has parts of these words in the domain it would be BRILLIANT to make awareness that these website are full of FAKES!
