I orderd ugg boots from here and they didnt come and they told me that they have been lost on the way to my house so they said that tyhey would give me a full refund a few days after the full refund was in my acount and they offered 15% discount off the next pair if i want to order from there again. So i think this site is good :).

Thanks Chris. It is very helpful. I got an email response from them. They said they will cancel my order, but they will charge 25% of the payment. I am not sure if they have the right to do this and if they will actually give me my money back... Has anyone been in this kind of situation before?

I ordered boots 5 days ago from the same website and cannot get anything info on the status of my order. I too have emailed and got no response. I think the website is no longer in existence. Have you heard anything yet?

I made an order and haven't heard anything about the processing of my purchase. The site said they would send a confirmation email when the product has been shipped but 5 days later and I have heard nothing. Fraud?
