Scam? No. Poor service? Yes. Risk of not getting your tickets - much higher than Stubhub. If you're local, you can probably risk it and you may get a good deal. If you're traveling to an event and have considerable other costs, don't even think about using these guys.

No, i don't think it's a scam. But since they don't vet their sellers thoroughly, you could end up paying extra premium for the tickets and getting bad seats. It's a poor business model that is at the expenses of the consumers while they pocket portion of the sale transaction.

I don't think it's a scam, but obviously not everyone's experience is the same. All I can do is speak from mine - I was able to get 2 great seats at an NFL game for MUCH less than anywhere else I'd looked. Got tix immediately and everything was legit. Good luck!

It's not a scam, but it's not worth the headache. I HIGHLY recommend you to find your ticket through another party. Hope my answer helps :)
