Has anyone had success getting a refund?

After going back and forth with them (via email) and letting them know that I am posting bad reviews on them to include on Facebook (which I did both), they are supposedly going to refund me the money in the next 10 days... will see

I've reported to PayPal. I'm more interested in stopping them trading. But don't know where to go... Any advice anyone?

No, none nada. I was so happy about this site until item began falling apart first day and purse handles came off in packaging.

Not so far. We are now working with American express to get a refund.
