Hi This is a scam, you will not be able to contact them they are a bunch of petty thrives they are being allowed to steal money on line, they are heading to become big time thriving gangsters. I just think that people in this country are to week to do anything about it. Please put this on all forms of social media so that someone can trace these scabby cats.

This firm should be shut down thay con people take there money and send rubbish and the stuff smells had stains in dont buy from them

I wouldn't buy a dog collar from them... they have so many names and they are not trustworthy, the BBB is in the process of investigating all of their companies. As the above said email and email and email. When I had my issue I was able to chat with someone, that was at least 1-1/2 yrs ago when they really started... they gave me a hard time, but I got my refund. Please don't use these people, if it sounds to good to be true (price) it is... caution.

Good luck with that! No phone number to call. All correspondence via email. Been in dispute with company for 3 months now. Still awaiting refund for substandard purchase.

You just can contact them by email! I just got 1 item of my order 7 weeks later, so you'll probably need to wait, or you can try to contact the delivery company, as they are more reliable (for sure) than twinkledeals.
I cimplained A LOT and they refunded me the items I didn't recieve.

Similar happened to me. Said it had been shipped, tracking number "didn't exist". I had an incredibly bad experience with them where my item didn't arrive after nearly 3 months so I'm probably the wrong person to ask. The only way to contact is via a ticket and they don't really give a decent answer.

I buy from China quite regularly on eBay and it usually only takes a month maximum so if they've promised 5 days that's wrong and I'd allow a month.

Always pay for things online via PayPal. They kept asking me to wait. Even had the audacity to ask me to change my review to 5 stars after no communication, an incorrect tracking number, no item after 3 months so I started a dispute on PayPal and got a refund within 12 hours. I get the feeling that would never have happened if I'd paid by card on their site...

Sorry no I this firm is a con. I only got some of my money back as I paid paypal. They trade under another name now doery

My email always had a tracking number to follow, I logged support tickets and they were always helpful, it does take lots of time though all around. My stuff took 1 month to get.

Yes u can email them. They always reply. Its only March 12th? Do they mean you should get your stuff by march 23rd.
