I'm not sure, it's impossible to get answers from them. I've been in correspondence with them since my first issue (over a monah ago) and have no answers as they take 3 days to a week to respond. It's most likely a scam.

Not at all... even when they screw up its almost impossible to return. Im still fighting with them

This company strongly do you dissuades you from sending clothes back by making it extremely difficult by:
1. You have to log a ticket
2. There is 'drop down' option to return unless faulty
3. They ask for photo of item
4. They ask for photo of outer packaging codes
5. If you persist they offer you a part refund and tell you to post it back to China
6. If you persist further by quoting UK law they ignore your communicate/ agree full refund.
This company openly flouts UK law of 14 days return for refund.

I have asked this question through PayPal as the items I received were awful. I don't have an order number as I received a blank email from Twinkledeals when I placed my order, so I can't use their customer service function on their website, as you have to enter your order number. Like the other responses, I'd suggest you shop elsewhere!

Ha ha! I cant even get my purchased product in the first place? Lol
All I know is dealing with them is like dealing with a brick wall! I would just move on and find a more reputable place to buy from!

It is highly unlikely you will have any luck returning anything and I can almost guarantee they will want you to pay something. However I never actually received my item so I couldn't say for sure. S c a m. I hope PayPal wises up and discontinues business with them after being flooded with disputes over them.

Twinkledeals say you can but l have tried numerous times to do this with no success. You have to submit a form with photos but then you hear nothing from them. I have been trying since end of October think they want you to give up. Also if you do order sizes are very small. Good luck.
