I got my order in a week exactly

Your company sucks! You totally misrepresent products, over inflate the prices and your customer service is a disgrace. I think this company is based out of China by the way you continually rip the consumers off.

Limitations on Returns

Items are not eligible for a return after 30 days of delivery date. Tumble Deal will not investigate issues initiated after 60 days of the delivery date. Some products may not be returned. Refer to the item’s auction/detail page to verify if a return is not allowed.

Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned:

- Gift cards

- Apple iPads

- Consumables, including but not limited to edible items, perfume, cigars, recordable media, film, digital memory cards, tapes, batteries, paper, and ink

- Lingerie

- Swimwear

- Earrings

- Personalized orders

- BBQ grills

- Televisions

- Handbags

- All other products with ‘No Return’ or 'Final Sale' indicated in the product description

Shipping was within the acceptable range. Now ask me about returns and refunds... Still waiting for that even though the items were returned weeks ago...

They have a pretty quick turn around. I received my item within a week. They are also fast processing refunds.
