My so-called Coach bag is a fake, no serial number, no YKK on the zipper, Coach not embossed on the outside, just on a brass plate. I paid $185.00 for a supposed 3 to 400 dollar purse. It's a passable imitation, if you don't know what to look for. I should have know better, but I've been in the hospital, and just didn't have the energy to make a big deal of it. It also came in a plastic bag, and not a cloth cover, which is a dead giveaway for a fake.

We do sometimes offer pre-loved items, and when we do, it will say so in the description. Additionally, pre-loved items will have a starburst on the product image that says "Pre-Loved" too.

Tumbledeal does not give refunds on their purses it is in their policy and they will tell you that when you contact them. They won't accept that the purse is a fraud and send you to some BS website that is a joke to try to explain why it's not fake. They offer you a credit so you can buy things you didn't need and they get to keep your money. They told me they would send a label to return the fake purse and they never did send it. I even went to the BBB and they still refused to refund the money dont believe these emails. The employees come onto this website and respond with a real friendly post. You will not get your money back. If you are smart you will believe everyone that got a knockoff. They told me the purses are manufactured by people that say they are authentic so Tumbledeal acts like they have no control over it. I was taken for over 200.00. You will be getting a fake purse that is all they sell there were so many obvious problems with the purse I got and It was obviously a fraud. Don't purchase from them. Do your homework and believe the reviews. There own staff could be posting the positive comments.

Be very cautious. I certainly did not receive the purse that was listed. In fairness to Tumbledeal though, some customers have been pleased with their purchase. My experience with their return policy was positive. Customer service responded promptly, emailed a prepaid return label and refunded my purchase price in full - including postage. You may or may not receive what you think you are purchasing. Know that if you do not, you will be able to receive a refund. Good luck. I bought a leather Coach purse for my wife and got one made out of vinyl. A knockoff? Sent it back. Got a response from "Blake" that said they sent me exactly what was advertised. I said, you advertised a leather purse and sent me one made with plastic. How is that sending me what you advertised? Blake said they are still young and growing so still make mistakes. Take your chances. Apparently some people get what they ordered based on the reviews.
