Just trying to find out if it is a scam as some reviews say or a legit business that delivers new products in a timely fashion

I feel it is i still havnt got my product i only spent 6 dollers with them to try them out to see if they were a scam. They have shown me that they are... still haven't go my refund yet... they just keep saying sorry then want me wait another day i find confusing is its gonna be anorher month if i get the shirt that will be 2 months but there refused police says 7 days but it takes 2 months or longer to get your order scam scam...
