Please see VC Reviews! Buyer Beware. This company has so many bad reviews. If you notice each time Trendsgal receives a bad review they write a fake review of a client stating their products are wonderful. Look at the pattern. Untrustworthy company and doesn't honor return policy. The clothing, jewelry etc. items are constructed very poorly.

You should not order from this site the clothing is very poor quality and made for tiny women. I had to harass them to get an order that took 2 months. The clothes are junk.don't waste your time or money on this site. You will regret it

Honestly it took them 3 months before I received my order. Pissed I tell you. I never ordered a thing from them since... Terrible terrible terrible product n cheap ass material. Nothing like the picture that they advettised

I never received my items and they only gave me partial credit; until I went on every consumer website and could find. Also went on the Facebook page and shamed them. They kept responding to my complaints in all forums. I kept this up until they gave me back a full refund... a full two months after ordering. You KNOW your customer service sucks when you lurk consumer websites looking for bad reviews about your products/services. You have been warned... good luck!

They only take orders thru the site not telephone reaching them by phone is not an option please be sure to read the sizing description below item th er y are Chinese sizing and are much smaller. Choose the fastest shippong when ordering otherwise it can tske a month or more.

You can take you chance, but don't be surprised when you receive your package and become disappointed. DO NOT use the Trendsgal email here on sitejabber... these people are idiots. Send you questions directly through their website messaging center... they take about 24-48 hours to answer... but they will answer and help solve your problems. However, I myself will never purchase anything through them again.

Heed the critics. This outfit needs to be shut off the web. Go to light in the box. Takes about 30 days shipping. A much more responsible company.

You won't like them when you get them. The items pictured are not what you recieve. You recieve cheap knock offs of the photos.

I have never tried calling customer service I just go on the site and do the order normally. What I think is d prob with most orders is that some people haven't verified there credit card by providing a copy of the card omitting d details just showing the name on it and a copy of your id with d same name. Some of d quality are low but so far I had that experience with mostly the dresses... A bit thin but the tops are great. I also had a jumpsuit in one of my orders that came with xl siding in it but it fit probably a xs.
