Some items come quickly and on time. I sold a shirt off that website - the customers who received their garment quickly and on time used the standard shipping rate. The ones that used the flat rate waited a long, long time before receiving and some of them never received their items. Some people waited over 45 days and some closer to 60. If these items get hung up in customs, they actually don't have any control over that. If you don't pay $3.99 to be a member, you usually can't get anywhere with their customer service. At least that was my experience. However, on the bright side, all of my customers who did receive their items never complained about the size or anything. I think all of these websites are about the same. I ran into this with CN Direct - ordered a sweater that a small kid could have worn - was very badly sewn together - i didn't pay enough to spend money to return it - just going to put it on eBay - someone will pick it up. Hope this helps. If you buy something, just sit back and relax because you won't get it real quick! Not only that - I have found USA websites carrying the same merchandise so I know instantly this stuff comes from China and only costs them $2 to $3.00 at the most and now they are charging $20.00 wholesale! Take my word. I even approached one website about this and she never blinked. They are making a lot of money off these China websites and reselling the stuff over here and making a bundle. Elections are coming up folks - think about who you are voting for!

That depends on which Shipping option you chose, but if you have a gigantic order it could take longer about 3 to 9 business days depending on how much you paid for shipping is the best answer I can think of

I ordered for almost 200 dollars and it took almost 2 months and there's no sort of communication. There's this operator that sends the same messages over and over again and the materials are cheap.

I am cynical, been watching too much of "American greed". I haven't heard from these people since they posted an order number, that would be sept. 29. I've ordered from ebay and orders come within 2 weeks, no snags. You want advise? Go with ebay.
