Contact the BBB and they will HOUND them until the items are found. Be warned though, they might fall apart just from trying to wear it! Because that's exactly what happened with mine!

Its been 25 days i m waiting for my order, site is lovely and discounts are exciting but their service is poor. I m hopng i recieve my order..

My advice is simple... DON'T DO IT...

All I know is if you don't trust Trendsgal - I found Aliexpress to be awesome. They also have a counter on your order that has determined the amount of time you should receive your order - they guarantee refund if you are not happy. They tell you what companies are selling the products you have chosen and those products are shipped directly from that company. I am really anxious to see how this site turns out. Also I just orderted an item from Sammydress.com and they are really, really slow. I don't buy from Trendsgal any more, they owe me too much money. Try Aliexpress.

It's up to what shipping method you chose. I have done the cheapest and it took about 5 weeks for one item and 3 for the others. I paid more for shipping the next time I bought from them and they shipped it to me in a couple weeks. Worth the wait though.
