Love the prices and designs. Can I return if it doesn't fit correctly? Do they offer even exchange if it doesn't fit right or do they not really give you store credit?

Returns are never pleasant and I know how everyone feels. I recently received a pair of shoes that didn't fit properly and contacted customer service. They got back to me right away and mentioned about the re-stocking fee and I have an option to waive this fee if I take a store credit. I chose to take a store credit as I know there will be items that I would fall in love with.
I returned the item and advise Shop Hers that I will not be paying for any duties and taxes as I already paid this when I received the item. (being from Canada). They were fine with that.
Overall, I have found the customer reps. Very friendly and helpful. Sometimes they even help me with making purchasing decision. They are very patient and I am very happy with them. Most on lines stores all take the re-stocking fee now and it's no different with Shop Hers.
I am still very happy with SHOP HERS and will continue to shop there.

I'm happy to help! We do accept all returns as we understand it is incredibly important when online shopping. Our policy and team understands how important this policy is and we do everything in our power to work with our customers to make sure they are able to receive a refund in a timely fashion. With that said, we do charge a small re-stocking fee as we take financial responsibility for all returns and must recoup some of the funds in order to keep our policy as relaxed as it is now. A customer can have the re-stocking fee waited entirely if they choose to receive their refund via store credit. It is very important to note that we guarantee the authenticity of all merchandise on the site and your credit card will not be charged until the product is manually vetted by our team of professionals. Everything you return regardless of the reason has a 5% restocking fee and you pay the return shipping cost.

They accept returns with a restocking fee. This is the problem I ran into. I ordered an item, notified them within 24 I wanted to return it (it had not left the sellers hands to be sent to SH yet) and was told I would be charged. I read the return policy with a fine tooth comb nothing said I would be charged the fee if I never received the item. Once I contact customer service the person responding (hiding behind email only no phone number) was very condescending and rude. I remember one comment specifically. 'You did consciously order this necklace didn't you?', If there is ANY way you can find the item you are looking for somewhere else I would buy it there. I never got so far as to getting the option of it not fitting correctly. They refunded my credit card after days of arguing with their 'customer service'. Hope this helps! :)
