Love the prices and designs. Can I return if it doesn't fit correctly? Do they offer even exchange if it doesn't fit right or do they not really give you store credit?

As of now i cannnot exprience that if happen to me i think the best i can do is i keep or i give my friend who can fit.and i choose another one.

Hi Susan, Before they changed the site and prices they would offer a refund or credit. You have to pay the return postage. However if an item is faulty they pay the return postage. I hope that helps.

Great idea, and I love shopping on-line, but the Celine Bag I purchased was a fake. When the paint (as opposed to dye like it should be) started coming off, I asked for a return. Sent it back, they looked at it and told me it had "excessive wear." After three months? They sent the purse back to me. Naturally, I was furious. Poor customer service! I tweeted about it for three months straight.

I returned and received store credit even after 30 days. I have not shopped on their new site and I really miss the old one. They had a lot of European items and the best handbags. New site does not even compare.

For the States only. They do not ship to Australia anymore nor do they have anything really buying since they broke their site down to what it is now, nothing worthwhile. Sadly very Sadly.

All of my friends had big problems with them. They closed site year ago and didn't give them credits back, but now they opened this site back. I will never shop there again.

Why don't you look at their return policy on their website. They give full 30 day refunds minus shipping and handling on most everything. They are starting to re-establish themselves with vendors and customers. I think they will honor their stated policy for this reason alone.
