I got a threatening response noting that some of their employees lived near me and would 'collect the money' even though they sent me a counterfeit kit and actually owe me money.

Don't waste your time. PF is right on this and it will get you nowhere. Put it down to experience and find a reputable supplier

I never came across a phone number. Not that this would help. They are contactable by email and will generally respond within 48hrs. Not that the response will be the one you are looking for...

Sorry. Not. They never answered my emails. The company is located in Bangkok. The kits are not original and took more than two months to deliver. I hope this helps.
