Good experience for the price, however, my resume was still too long. They respond right away but still have to give a lot of direction, especially if they are not familiar with your industry.

I had a completely different experience than Mandy. They were very nice to work with, especially my resume writer. However, I wasn't happy with the results. I had to rewrite their rewrite. They included a line about how I was good with "life hacks." I didn't think the use of the word "hacks" gave a favorable impression, and after consulting with several HR experts, they all agreed. There were also several typos and grammar issues. The resume got me no positive results. All in all, it was a waste of money.
