Tophatter
Questions & Answers

Why not quit ripping off customers and blocking your sellers? You blocked so many old sellers, but you still have not changed. Bring them back, it was much better then. You should ask old sellers to return and forgive for any little mistakes they may have made. You, the staff, make many more than the sellers ever did.

Terrible, they blocked me from selling saying they did not want to partner with me selling bars of pure, real carded gold. I tried reasoning with them but they would not hear or listen. They claimed that they thought I would not be able supply them with quantity they wanted. I further explained that I own the mint! How could I not be able to supply what they needed? But they kept the FAKE, PLATED, bars made of Chineseium. Go figure.

I was a seller that got blocked for questioning them too. Is there anything I can do to fight it? [email protected]

Hey, they block sellers without notice or explanations too, I live in Nz and 80% of my ltems won were Chinese sellers in China, nthey shipped one by one my items I tracked to Sweden. The 20% I did receive wereshipped from USA. Anyway, tophatter cancelled me for tophatter giving me so many refunds for not rec my products, Howzat! Just as well Chinese sellers sending broken and $2 shop junk. Cost of returning items to China up to six times more than item cost anyhow.

Some vendors post misleading descriptions or just out and out lie about the product. I never bought anything plated after a ring that was "925 sterling" turned to brass within weeks. But yet I still ended up with a fakes even after carefully reading the descriptions. Fakes from China are all over and they're more then happy to lie to get your money Tophatter however still allows this crap to be sold on their site and chooses to turn a blind eye. It's all about the money honey.

Good luck with this one. This is wishful thinking.:-) I had only 2 neutral feedback among a big sea of positives. I paid my bill on time, but they want more money and more money until we walk away paying them more than we make. They don't want honesty and good sellers, they want money.
They don't want anyone there that will question their integrity and too many of us did that. I say we're better off without them.

Some of the jewelry on TopHatter IS 100% real. Some are simply costume. Buyers are provided a full description of the items they are interested in. If the description does not say real, chances are? It is a costume item. In which case is usually fine, since not everyone can afford genuine diamonds, and some pieces are just as pretty :)
