Why is my Bank constantly declining my purchases? They say that tophatter is a known site for forgery? I am tired of arguing with them. What can I do and are they that bad? Bonnie

Just read the reviews for Tophatter; not just here, but on other review sites. You'll find more fraud complaints than positive reviews. Go shop on more reputable sites and avoid the headache and being taken advantage of.

This is NOT true. Tophatter has a fraud dept & sometimes they try to protect the buyer to make sure their card is not being used illegally. Especially if you are new or the activity has suddenly changed on your account.

TopHatter had had numerous complaints of fraud to federal regulatory commissions, so some card issuers will decline transactions from companies with this kind of history. Be thankful. Find your items on amazon.
