Even if you ask for your actual money back, they give toohatter credits

It depends on the item and where it comes from. Most item are shipped from china and you often get damaged goods. Depending on the cost of the item you get a refund without have to return the item. If you do need to return the item it's at your own expense. Also all purchases are at your own risk no matter what the site says. Customer service will be quick to show concern and offer apologies but will take little action ever.

Just go to your order and it says returns, tell them why then they send you return slip put on package ND put in mail box. Not a problem. Should never be a problem with returns. Just read instructions.
