I've done just that and have still been ripped off by the thieving vendors from China.
I'm not saying all are thieves but too many are. Tophatter and Wish are, in my opinion, the worst sites for allowing this fraudulent behavior. I'm sure there are many more. I just don't buy anything from China if I can help it. Mostly disposable garbage.
