After a month with pretty much ZERO response to my emails, I finally threatened BBB reporting and they did refund my purchase price, because they said they were unable to track my order.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam - and they hope people will order then forget and they pocket the money. Otherwise, they can do a quick "sorry, here's your refund" and escape without reporting.

I'd be cautious of them - I'll certainly never order from them again and will warn everyone I possibly can to avoid their scams.

The Better Business Bureau is an antiquated useless piece of information, the A+ rating only comes from people in the area the business is located not Nationwide, it is also possible for the business to run false and process false invoices to bring their numbers up and it is common practice for employees of the company to make claims what the Better Business Bureau and the company already knows their response so it's impossible not to get an A from what I've read on this site and others you're not an A+
