How do I reinstate my account. I love the jewelry but had to replace an appliance. Thanks.

Yes, Write Samara or Edward & he should re-instate your account if it was a simple mistake. He is part of trust & safety.

Brenda on the exact same day she wrote this also admitted that she is a new seller.
I sold on there for 2 years, I'll forgive her for now, she will learn. This site does not have a 19%, 2 star rating with over 140 reviews because people 'can't read' or knew that the items they are bidding on are coming from a Chinese sweat shop.
If you want it that bad, contact customer service. They will send you an email back within 5 minutes asking you to complete a survey on their response. You may get that response they want you to do the survey on in a day or so.
I am with Teresa though, you probably lucked out. That site is junk.

What Brenda M. Said! Go to item that you couldn't purchase or that was canceled then scroll to bottom of page to Contact Tophatter explaining what happened and they will usually reinstate your account. Usually useing the word please a few times helps!

Pay no mind to the negative comments. I am both a buyer and a seller. I pay attention to what I buy as well as to what I sell... some folks are just grumpy.
Anywho... you can contact customer support to inquire about reinstement. I use this feature pretty often because I am always asking questions. Lol. They are excellent at getting back to you in a timely matter. They should be able to help you sort everything out:)
