Hi, I have purchased a bracelet with the description, '17.15ctw 14K Yellow Filled Gold with Fine Blue & White Sapphire Tennis Bracelet'. Surely costing £26 this bracelet has to be fake?

Felicia, you know you strict guideline stuff is BS otherwise you as a tophatter employee wouldn't need to keep saying the same tired line about THE STRICK SELLER GUIDE LINES and I wouldn't have so many examples of those GUIDELINES not being enforced. I really can't believe you have the fortitude to keep tell the same tired lines! You of all people should know the truth!

After learning that the $1299. 00 drone i won for a $55.00 bid is actually worth about $50.00, here is the response I got from "customer service" concerning the true value of an item: The struck out price which appears alongside the bidding amount is a guide based on suggested retail price and typical selling price on this platform.

Hi Susan, the only information we have on an item is what the seller provides.

We have strict policies that require sellers to accurately represent their items. If you receive your bracelet and are dissatisfied with the quality, it may be returned for a refund within 30 days from delivery date.

Information on our Return Policy can be found in our FAQ here: http://tinyurl.com/h7xokwj

Thank you!
