Depending in the shipping method, it can take up to 3 weeeks. But don't worry, the packages arrive.

Yes they are. I found out that the time zone is different though. If you are in the US and email them at night, you can get a response quicker. If you email them in the morning, you may not get a response till later that night. But they are a great company. I ordered 2 google cardboard vr goggles and two game controllers. Everything came in excellent condition and right on time.
