I placed an order on Nov. 27th & the site shows the item has shipped. I received a FedEx tracking# saying a shipping label has been created & it's in California on 12/4. It still has not been picked up by FedEx on 12/12. Tomtop customer service emails say it's in customs & will ship soon. Anyone else experienced an issue like this?...& if so, what was the outcome? Thanks

I ordered on 11/24 and theysend me a tracking number but it says New Jersey... wonder if they are giving us all the same tracking number? Can we dispute our purchase with paypal and get a refund? I'm getting nervous!

I ordered on the same day & my tracking number is saying the same thing. I am concerned my son will not receive his hotel for christmas.

I'm in the same boat. They don't respond to emails, don't answer calls and my item was charged on 12/1 and a shipping label created on 11/30 with nothing shipped. It's on of my child's main presents!
