There is an email in the questions that someone asked for. Everytime I messaged then with that email they answered... The woman I dealt with was called RONA... Everything she told me through email updated on there website and in my tracking info...

I only ever got a response by messaging their Facebook site.

I have heard nothing from them. I texed and e-mailed and called the only number on their website with no results. If the hover board is comin from China, it has to come on a boat because they are not allowed on planes anymore. I probably will never see it!
