Todayscloseout is a big scam! They sell foreign phones advertised as American phones falsely, they are unlocked, but no one at the company knows how to make them work, they do NOT provide any service in any way, they do not have any guarantees. They advertise them, but dont honor them. The refubished phones die within 30 days, they are not worth purchasing. The company seems to like lawsuits. Customer service is like playing keep away, they do not return call and email questions are not addressed, many responses are rude and do not pertain to the questions asked. Their payment process is antiquated and double charges are regular. The whole organization seems like an unprofessional con and they will stick it to anyone who buys anything form them.

I never bought from that site, but it is a pretty good website and they do have an address and phone number which is reassuring. I also like how they take AMEX which typical scammers don't accept. You might want to use a prepaid credit card if you are going to buy from them just in case...
