I made a purchase... received an email that it was shipped on March 6th, 2015. Its March 18th still have not seen a package and the tracking information says it hasn't even left the warehouse. I emailed and the reply was "The tracking infirmation is attached as below, please wait patienly for a few days, hope you will receive it soon and like it: 2015-03-08 19:37 " I really like their clothing line... I am very skeptical at this moment.

I ordered a sweater in mid-December 2014. They took the money from my account within one week. Despite a poor review, where they responded and asked for my order number and I sent it to them, and one other email to them providing the same information, I have yet to receive my sweater or my money back. They jump right on a poor review, ask for more information, then drop it. Nothing back from customer service ever. I live in Texas, so forget the sweater... now I just want my money back. I could have taken a boat to China and got back here while I still could have actually used the sweater by now... I'll never buy anything from them again, and i'm spreading the word to everyone who even mentions them... :(

I experienced the exact same thing. I was frustrated that whenever I emailed they would just send me tracking information which always stayed the same. When it did come almost a month later, the coat I had bought was made completely wrong, with different material, length, button broken, and etc. I wouldn't count on it coming soon.
