How long does it take to get my order shipped. Its been more than a week i placed an order but the order is still being prepared.

Good Luck my order placed at the end of Nov 2014. L item arrived in Jan 15. I refused the package that arrived in February. Shoddy workmanship, poor quality, bad sizing.

I placed an order for a sweater in December 2014. They sent me "tracking information" all in Chinese and with no tracing number stating it had been delivered. I have never received the sweater and haven't got my money back. My post office said their so-called "tracking information" was useless. Buyer beware, I'll NEVER buy from them again!

It takes awhile to process! Depending on the items that you picked. It can say up too 7 days processing. Which is why I always pick ships in 24 hours!
