The items are now removed from my shopping cart and is avail. To others to purchase. I have left 3 messages and sent 2 emails and haven't yet received a response. Can someone please help me. Dispute the charge with you credit card company telling them exactly what happened so that they know you did not receive the goods.

Call your credit card company. If the charges really went through, dispute it with your credit company. Don't use ThredUp again. They are terrible and really are a bunch of crooks.

Contact your local bank branch right away. I had a problem on another website where my banking info was stolen and unauthorized charges made to my account. I talked to accounts person at my local bank about it and she made 1 phone call directly to the person in charge--situation resolved, money restored. They have direct routes to solutions that we don't!

I've had good luck in the past with their live chat feature. If you hang out on the customer service page long enough, a chat window will appear if someone is online. Otherwise, I've used their support email and also had good luck with that.

If Thredup is not getting back to you, then maybe check with your credit card company, if you haven't already, to see if the money really was taken. If your card was declined- then I don't think it is possible for the transaction to go through. Your card was either expired or did not have enough money to pay for the order. So, maybe it only looked like the transaction went through- but it really didn't. Call the credit card company and ask them if there is a charge from Thredup on it. If there is, then you will have to try contacting Thredup again by e-mail. [email protected] should answer you within a few days with a response to your e-mail. I never tried calling them, so I don't know if they answer the phone- but here is the number. (617) 575-9676 I have e-mailed them before and they did get back to me via e-mail.
