And in additon... to wendys question... They're counting on a public, women with children, usually working in addition, and the exceedingly busy lives associated with that life choice, to be a mute public. Add that knowledge to the anger felt over no follow-up policies with their public. They know the demographic they're targeting. They're counting on that demographic to have neither the time nor the energy or available funds to seek counsel regarding the abuses they're perpetrating on all of these consignors. Nice, huh. That is the conclusion I've come to over the past year of dealing with them. This public supplying them with product is being very genuinely and very seriously ABUSED by these characters. The BBB complaints I am sure are adding up but frankly... I doubt will go anywhere. The money grab has become more and more apparent as the payouts have radically declined to near nothing. Their exit is coming... the efforts have been accelerated to get everything they can and share very little over the past 6 months. We are all aware of the change in these payouts. And the players in the company have made it obvious they have no intention of calming a loud roar out here in their consignors. So. Senders beware, again. This is really rotten to do to this group of public sending them product... and groundbreaking thought... THEY REALLY DON""T CARE> THE MONEY THEY MUST BE MAKING>>>> ABSOLUTELY CRAZY

I'm not sure if the website tells you the exact amount they payout. But you have to go to the website and click on sell on the right hand side to learn more about what they pay. For items that are not name brand they just pay you some upfront amount- like they might give you $1.00 for something that they can sell for $5.99. Then, if you have name brand items, they go on consignment and you get some % based on what they sell it for. Just make sure that you activate your bag before you send it in, and put your name and e-mail on a piece of paper inside the bag before you send it in. You will not get anything for your bag if they don't know it's from you.

You can email them but they will direct you to their brand guide on the website, if they respond to you at all.
