Hello everyone, well after 55 emails I finally received my refund today, thank goodness. Persistence seems to be the key to getting any money owed from this company!

Jilly i didnt get my order because i cancelled as soon as i heard they were really bad fakes! I just kept sending emails complaining and they refunded my money straight back into my bank via RBS World Pay. Hope this helps

Pauline or rachel i wish i had known about this site sooner - i have placed an order with 247 - but the money had to be transferred via bank transfer, how did they refund your payment? & also did you get your order?

Hi all just to let you know that i have been given a full refund, after many days of emails and had to take photos of the poor quailty this has been a nightmare. If your wanting a refund just keep at them or simply dont order off this company at all...

Sorry to hear all your comments. I too ordered it for my son's birthday and had to go and buy another one... but VERY worth it!. My advice is to persist, I had to wait several days for replies to my e-mails, and then they were trying to just quote me terms and conditions saying No. I simply kept stating that the product was NOT what I ordered., and threatening to take it further. As I said it paid off and I eventually got a full refund... I also still have the kit! LOL!

I was really lucky, just sent a quick email before they delivered it saying i had changed my mind, got refund the next day x
